3-Step Elevation Model at Iron Roots

Each stage of the Elevation Model—Body Foundation, Athlete Ascend, and Peak Performance—is a three-month program. At the end of your program, you will go through a certification process to assess your readiness to move forward.

If you do not meet the criteria for certification, you will continue in your current program for the next three-month cycle. This ensures you have ample time to develop the required skills and confidence, progressing at your individual pace.

Certification program dates will be announced separately for each batch. You will receive advance notice through official communication channels, so you can prepare and plan accordingly.

Placement in the appropriate program depends on your current age, skills, and fitness assessment. Most athletes start from their recommended stage—children in the Body Foundation Program, teens and fitness-driven individuals in Athlete Ascend, and advanced athletes in Peak Performance.

No, there is no strict limit. Our goal is to help you master all requirements before moving up. You may repeat a stage as needed, with individualized coaching each cycle.

You will receive personalized coaching, targeted development plans, and feedback after each assessment to help address your individual needs and ensure continuous improvement.

Yes! Upon successful completion of the program and certification criteria, you will receive a formal certificate recognizing your achievement and readiness for the next level.

Progress is tracked via our digital platform, the Capriole app. All performance data and assessments are updated to your personal profile in real time. Both athletes and parents can check progress, achievements, and upcoming goals at any time. This ensures the entire process is completely transparent, scientific, and easy to follow!

There is a brief interval between batches to allow rest and to prepare for certification. Upcoming program dates and breaks will be communicated well in advance.
