Wear comfortable athletic clothing and proper sports shoes for your workouts. All major gym equipment is provided; just bring your own water bottle and small towel for hygiene.
Certified trainers are available to guide you during trainer-supported hours: 7:00–8:00AM and 5:00–8:00PM. For other times, staff can assist with general queries.
You can upgrade your membership at any time. Speak to our staff or use your member dashboard to switch to a longer-duration package or higher tier—your unused balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Guests can access the gym with a drop-in fee, subject to availability. Please check with the front desk for access and timings.
