Bring your own yoga mat to maintain hygiene. Limited mats are available for one-time use if you’re new or forget yours.

All ages and experience levels are welcome—from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our inclusive environment supports everyone.

No experience is needed. Our instructors guide you step-by-step, with easy options and supportive adjustments to make you feel comfortable from your first class.

If you have health concerns, injuries, or mobility limitations, please inform the instructor before class. We also have a Sports Physio for your health assessment.

We organize regular academy-level internal tournaments and matches for all age groups and levels. Outstanding performers may also be recommended for external competitions. Tournament formats and schedules will be shared in advance and are designed to encourage friendly, skill-building competition.
